The Timetabling and Teaching Accommodation Management Unit is responsible for the booking and management of all centrally coordinated Edgbaston and Sellyoak Campus rooms.

Specific information for timetablers, including term dates, where to find BANNER codes and how to block book teaching events including modules outside the main discipline.

Information on the Interim Timetabling and Space Management Policy document, including details of the purpose, scope and principles of the policy.

Intergrated Timetabling and Space Management Project (ITSMP)
Information on the Interim Timetabling and Space Management Project to provide a common system for the creation and distribution of teaching timetables across the University, including the background, benefits and timeline of the project.

TTAMU provide a helpline (43322) to provide immediate response to problems or issues, and offer advice and support in the use of the equipment within the rooms.

Learning Spaces News
From 1st September 2010 bookings for deliveries to teaching rooms managed by Colleges will be subject to a £15 delivery charge, unless the volume of deliveries is 67% or less than in 2009/10. More details here.

LRAT has opened a new 6-seater dedicated venue for video-conferences in our new Great Hall block home.
The equipment for this service is is need of replacement but as recording volumes averaged less than two recordings per year, it is not viable to replace the equipment and satellite dish. The service will cease with immediate effect. UK broadcasts through FreeView will continue to be recordable
