University Senior Tutor's Office

The University Senior Tutor is there to help and support you when academic concerns you raise remain unresolved.

Who is the Senior Tutor?

Professor Donna Lee is the University Senior Tutor.

How can she help?

The University Senior Tutor works with students and staff to resolve serious academic concerns that may arise during your studies.

She is a senior academic whom you can consult (in strictest confidence) in relation to any serious academic matters and difficulties you are experiencing with your  studies or with the University and its staff.

Please note, however, that if you are experiencing academic difficulties, you should consult your Personal Tutor first. If the matter has not been resolved soon after speaking to your Personal Tutor or other staff in the School, then the Senior Tutor may be able to help.

When to consult the Senior Tutor

Before consulting the Senior Tutor you should attempt to resolve matters through your Personal Tutor or through your School. You should only involve the Senior Tutor if this attempt is unsuccessful.
