Raising a concern or complaint

The University is committed to providing a high quality experience to all its students. However, we understand that sometimes things go wrong, and we recognise the need for students to be able to express their dissatisfaction where this happens.

We expect concerns or complaints to be raised informally in the first instance, so that where possible they can be resolved locally. Once informal methods have been exhausted you are able to make a formal complaint.
