Accommodation Services are your first port of call for repairs and maintenance of your University accommodation.
Accommodation Services can help you if you you are not happy with where you are staying and need to change accommodation.
If you are having problems with your landlord, or other issues with private accommodation, you have two routes open to you.
You can visit the Advice and Representation Centre at the Guild of Students.
Or you can contact the University's Accommodation Services.
Representatives from either service can advise you on issues ranging from disputes with your landlord to problems with repairs.
Or, if you would rather talk your problems through with a fellow student, talk to one of the Student Mentors.
The Student Mentor Scheme provides advice and guidance to all students living in university accommodation. The scheme can help with a variety of issues including shared living and accommodation.
