ISAS can advise international students at the University of Birmingham on student immigration and certain financial situations. There are several ways in which you can contact us, these are detailed below.

You can ask ISAS your questions online. Please make sure you include information on the type of visa you have, if you have a my bham username you will be able to include attachments with your query. Please scan and attach your visa if your query is about your visa status.
If you would like to speak to an adviser about your query in person you can book an appointment. Appointments can be booked over the telephone or in person at the ISAS reception.
Mondays to Thursdays: 9am-5pm.
Fridays: 9am to 4pm.
