Provision of non-medical helpers

You may be entitled to support from a non-medical helper such as notetaker, scribe, mentor etc, paid for through your Disabled Students' Allowances. The University of Birmingham Disability and Learning Support Service can assist in finding appropriate people to support students with disabilities and specific learning difficulties. This will enable you to make best use of your time at University.
