Arranging to have a non-medical helper

Arranging support

To arrange to have a non-medical helper, you should make an appointment with staff at Disability and Learning Support Services (DLSS) to discuss your requirements.

What we need from you

In order for you to get the best possible support it is important that you pass on your timetable to us as soon as you receive it.

Remember that a support worker or mentor is not there to do your work for you.  You must attend all lectures and complete all coursework without additional academic assistance from the support worker. This can be subject to review depending on need identified and in discussion with DLSS.
