     Relaxation workshops

In our busy lives where stress is a daily companion it is difficult to stay at ease and attend to work and studies, or perform well in exams if the body and mind are tense. These workshops will help participants to earn some simple but effective relaxation skills including muscle relaxation, breathing and meditation.

Laughter Yoga Workshop

Laughter yoga can help you build confidence, improve health and energy, let go of stress and connect with your inner joy. Student Support  are again  running another laughter yoga workshop, due to the success of the last session. no experience required just the willingness to laugh.
