PSA Points and Activities

The PSA team have worked together with a number of activity providers across the University to enable you to gain recognition for the extra-curricular activities you are involved in.

What are PSA points?

In conjunction with a number of activity providers across the University we have devised a matrix to allocate points to numerous extra-curricular activities. All PSA-eligible activities for this year have been measured using the matrix; points have been allocated in conjunction with the activity providers, who have set out the minimum criteria required to receive PSA points. This criteria is non-negotiable.

The number of points allocated to each activity is based on:

  • Level of responsibility involved
  • The commitment required
  • Level of training required
  • The application process
  • Any Award received
