This module will help you to understand what it means to develop the skills you will need to find and sustain a career when you graduate. The module will also enable you to develop a pattern of reflective practice that will enable you to develop your career prospects.
This module is compulsory for all PSA (Modular) Students to take. We recommend that you take this module within your first year of the PSA.
Module Description
The aim of the module is as follows:
• To examine the nature of employability.
• To examine the relevance of transferable skills and personal attributes.
• To understand the concept of reflective learning and reflective practice.
What are the contact hours?
You must attend two workshops which are two hours each. You may choose afternoon or evening sessions to suit your schedule.
How am I assessed?
You will be assessed through the completion of a three thousand word reflective essay.
