The University has a wide range of high quality teaching environments including computer clusters, lecture theatres seminar rooms and flexible learning spaces.
The University's centrally managed learning spaces are available to book through our timetabling department, and are supported via a dedicated helpline managed by an experienced team of specialists.
The refurbishment of Mechanical Engineering has provided us with the opportunity to try a slightly different approach to a learning space. With the teaching room split over three different levels, providing five group work areas but with the ability to deliver teaching from a single lecture point, this new environment is ideal to facilitate enquiry based learning.
The Teaching Accommodation Management Unit (TAMU) is our one stop shop for all issues relating to space. The helpline (43322) is there to provide immediate response to problems or issues, and offer advice and support in the use of the equipment within the rooms.
