Information on joining the procession of academic staff at the beginning of the University's Degree Congregations.
The next round of Degree Congregations will be held between 4 - 12 July 2012.
If you are attending a ceremony you will be expected to form part of the procession. To confirm your wish to process, download the reply sheet below and fill it in with the dates and times you with to attend and the name of any guest. All reply sheets must be returned to the Examinations and Congregations Office by Friday 15 June 2012 at the latest.
You are allowed to bring one guest with you to the ceremony in which you are processing. Guests will be assigned a reserved seat in the Great Hall. If you wish to bring a guest please indicate so on your reply sheet.
You must wear the appropriate academic dress to take part in the procession. The Examinations and Congregations Office will pay for all academic dress ordered on or before Wednesday 20 June 2012.
If you need an academic dress order form please indicate so on your reply sheet.
Once completed, academic dress order forms should be returned directly to Ede and Ravenscroft, and not to the Examinations and Congregations Office.
Members of staff placing orders after Wednesday 20 June 2012 will need to supply their own cheque or purchase order to cover the cost of hire.
You should receive processing instructions and any guest tickets you have ordered by Friday 29 June 2012.
