If you are considering permanently withdrawing from the University, you are strongly advised to discuss the matter with your personal tutor before completing one of the following forms:

• Postgraduate research withdrawal form (PDF, 123KB, opens new window)

Completed forms should be returned to:

Once your record has been updated you will receive confirmation to the email address you provided.  Notification will also be sent to Housing and Accomodation Services (for students in University accommodation only), the Finance Office and to your Local Education Authority (LEA) if applicable.
