You will not be able to update certain fields within online registration. To update these fields you will need to contact the ASA Enquiry Counter.
You can either present this documentation at the ASA Enquiry Counter or log a call to the eHelpdesk, or post a photocopy of the document to ASA Enquiries, The University of Birmingham, Aston Webb Building, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 2TT. DO NOT send original documents to us..
When you log a call to the eHelpdesk you are able to attach a JPEG image of the document you wish to submit as evidence. Please ensure that the image is less than 100kB. If you do not have your own editing software you will find plenty of free online jpg optimizing services on the Internet such as JPEG-OPTIMIZER.
Once you have saved the JPEG image to your computer please follow the instructions below:
Log into eHelpdesk and create a request
Using your University username and password (with which you registered online) log in to eHelpdesk at this address:
https://ehelpdesk.bham.ac.uk/eua/newcall.action?team=AOQueriesTeam
Choose 'If you have a working University login':

After logging in you will see a range of options. Choose 'Create a New Call' and in step 1 fill in your details:

and click 'Next' . In step 2 choose 'Changes to Personal Details and Addresses' in the subject area field. In the 'call details' box write in the changes that you wish to be made. Then click 'Submit'.

The request is now created : this is confirmed with this screen:

Click on the 'Add Attachment' link in the left-hand column. A dialog box will appear - use this to navigate to the jpg image of your document that you have prepared:

After the attachment has been successfully uploaded a confirmation screen is displayed:
