Enquiry Services are here to help you with any queries you have whilst studying at the University of Birmingham. We can be contacted in a variety of different ways, each of which is highlighted below.
Many of your questions can be answered online by one of our Enquiries Officers. We can provide advice on any number of issues and send official documents to those not able to make it to our office.
Current staff and students should use their normal ADF login. Simply make an online enquiry and we'll aim to respond to you within one working day.
You will be able to log a call if you do not have a username or password yet, or if your password is not working.
You can also browse through our extensive knowledge base which contains answers to most questions.
Internet Explorer users: we are currently experiencing some issues with our Student Help system.

The Enquiry Services Counter is based on the ground floor of the Aston Webb building, down the corridor to the left of the main reception. Please feel free to come and speak to one of our team during our opening hours. We aim to answer the majority of queries on the spot, so you'll hopefully never experience a wasted journey. If you'd like to check with us first, give us a call.
