Enquiry Services are here to help you with any queries you have whilst studying at the University of Birmingham. We can be contacted in a variety of different ways, each of which is highlighted below.
Did you know that you can search our Knowledge Base for any information you are unable to find on our site? The easy to use search facility searches our vast database of knowledge articles that cover a wide range of subjects.
If you have a question that is not covered by the Knowledge Base, or if you need to request official documents or have a personal question, then use the 'Create Enquiry' facility to send us an Online Enquiry. Our team of Enquiry Officers can provide advice on a number of issues and will aim to respond to you within 3 working days.
Current staff and students should use their normal AD login. If you are not a current student, you will still be able to make an enquiry - simply click on the option 'I do not have a working username/password' and ensure that you provide enough information for us to locate your details.

The Enquiry Services Counter is based on the ground floor of the Aston Webb building, down the corridor to the left of the main reception. Please feel free to come and speak to one of our team during our opening hours. We aim to answer the majority of queries on the spot, so you'll hopefully never experience a wasted journey. If you'd like to check with us first, give us a call.
Please note: all requests for documents and statements must be made in writing, so please send an online enquiry in the first instance. Due to data protection laws in the UK, we may not be able to complete your enquiry over the phone.
