To purchase a replacement degree certificate please visit the University Online Shop. Add the certificate item with the required form of postage to your basket and follow the onscreen instructions.
To aid us in producing your certificate, please ensure that you answer as many questions as possible.
The cost of a replacement certificate is £30 for standard 2nd class postage within the UK and standard airmail worldwide, or £46 for courier delivery worldwide.
You should expect to receive your replacement certificate within approximately 15 workings days of your request (please allow extra time for delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom).
Please note - during our busiest periods (April - August, December) you should expect to receive your replacement certificate within 25 working days of your request. Should you fail to receive your certificate within this time please email the Replacement Certificate Team.

To track your order at any time, log into your account with the Online Shop and click the Order History option on the left hand navigation panel under the heading 'My Account'.
To prevent fraud and misuse, the Examinations and Congregations Office withholds the right to decline requests for replacement certificates should you have already requested one replacement certificate.
