Incubation spaces
Do you need some office facilities to get you started? EI operates two incubation spaces, which are available to* :
- Members of incubation programmes, including BSEEN and SPEED
- Other students who are starting their own business, charity or social enterprise
- Leaders of enterprise-related groups and societies
All access is subject to availability and suitability of the space to the individuals. The spaces are alarmed and access is controlled by swipe card.
Old Gymnasium
- 9 PCs with Microsoft Office, internet access and SimVenture start-up simulation software.
- Meeting room with free* coffee/tea
- Free* use of duplex laser printer / scanner / copier
- Free* calls using Skype cordless phone
- Interactive electronic whiteboard
- Quiet room
- WiFi

- Library of enterprise-related books.
Business School
- Board table to seat 6
- Media PC with media editing software and large LCD screen for presentations
- 4 PCs with Microsoft Office, internet access and SimVenture start-up simulation software.
- Free* use of colour laser printer/copier/scanner
- Free* coffee/tea making

Incubator users may also be able to borrow, or use on the premises, a range of office equipment, including*:
- Graphics and video editing PC with Adobe Creative Suite (R)
- Digital projector
- 12 megapixel digital stills camera
- Camcorder and wireless microphone
- Professional MP3 recorder
- Large presentation stands
- A3 double-sided colour printer
- Document shredder
- Paper trimmer
- Comb binder
- Giant stapler
