• Higher Education Academy accredited Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice
• Introductory courses for postgraduate teaching assistants, an open programme of courses on various aspects of teaching in HE
• The effective use of learning technologies development of teaching expertise through courses and workshops
• Help in the design and delivery of online content, assessment, communication and administration
• English language support for international staff

• Nominees for the National Teaching Fellowship scheme and the Birmingham University Teaching Fellowship scheme

Working alongside and in collaboration with academic staff to enhance the learning experience of all our students across the student life-cycle. Our activities include:
