- Introductory courses for postgraduate teaching assistants, an open programme of courses on various aspects of teaching in HE
- The effective use of learning technologies development of teaching expertise through courses and workshops
- Help in the design and delivery of online content, assessment, communication and administration
- English language support for international staff
