The GO Wales Graduate Academy is a free training programme that aims to provide recent graduates with the skills and support needed to help gain graduate employment. Today’s employers are looking for real evidence of skills, abilities and understanding of the world of work, underpinned by actual experience and accredited learning.
By combining work experience with a qualification awarded by the internationally-recognised Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), the programme is a learning opportunity that focuses on the real and practical skills required for success.
Programmes are held at various locations in Wales. Full-time 6-week programmes include a 2-week residential training course. Part-time programmes are also offered for those who are currently working and feel under-employed but are not able to attend a full-time programme.
