Here at the Careers & Employability Centre, International Students are given an extensive range of support and opportunities to build their employability skills and market themselves during the job hunting process. Much of the job hunting process is down to the individual, so it is impossible to provide employment guarantees but we will help you to the best of our ability.

We offer our International Students specially tailored Careers Management Skills (CMS) workshops, including Networking Skills, Job Seeking Strategies and Job Seeking Beyond the UK.
We host specific careers & employer networking events and provide great opportunities for global internships and work experience.
Our advisers offer College-specific Careers Advice, CV and Applications Advice, plus help with job interviews and assessment centres,
We can also provide you with printed and online resources for international students to further assist you in your search for a job or work experience. Including our Guide to Employability for international Students, PDF, 110KB.

We are not a placement agency. We can support you with meeting and applying to companies and help you to stand out from the crowd but we cannot place you into employment or make applications on your behalf.
