Archaeology & Antiquity
Graduates with degrees in Classics, East Mediterranean History, Ancient History and Archaeology can boast a wide combination of skills that can be applied in many types of work and which employers regard very positively. For example, such graduates can contribute an understanding of issues around globalisation, diversity, language, culture and influences on society to most employment sectors. Some examples of the range of graduate professions undertaken by our graduates previously include librarianship, teaching, accountancy, media and social research. Administration roles including those within the Civil Service, local government and voluntary sector are also popular first positions.
